Position Overview
As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our learners and fostering a vibrant online community. You'll be responsible for assisting students throughout their learning journey, from enrollment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support:
- Provide timely and effective support to students via various channels (email, chat, phone)
- Assist students with technical issues related to our learning platform
- Monitor student progress and offer guidance as needed
- Address student concerns and resolve issues promptly
Enrollment Support:
- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process
- Answer inquiries about our programs and admissions requirements
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the enrollment funnel
Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in our online community forums and social media channels
- Moderate discussions to ensure they remain positive and productive
- Identify and cultivate community leaders and influencers
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing among community members
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate student records and track key metrics
- Assist with the development of support materials and resources
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Passion for education and a commitment to student success
Experience with online learning platforms, Social media and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
