Position Overview:
Estuary Business Solutions Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our program and partner with us to expand our telecom and consulting business. This opportunity empowers candidates to break free from traditional employment, embracing entrepreneurial independence and leveraging our strong brand, proven business model, and extensive support network for personal and financial growth. As an EBS Retailer, you’ll manage an outlet that offers EBS and telecom products (e.g. Sim cards, Recharge and Sim registration and Welcome-Back devices, MIFI & WIFI devices etc.) to a diverse market, utilizing a fully equipped e-commerce platform to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations:
- Set up and manage an EBS retail outlet, following the company’s tested store concept.
- Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure products are available to meet demand.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold EBS’s brand reputation.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives provided by EBS.
- Utilize EBS’s mobile app and e-commerce platform for seamless customer transactions.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, contributing to store profitability.
- Financial Management:
- Manage financial transactions and stock turnover.
- Reach and maintain the set monthly/annual turnover goals by efficiently managing inventory.
- Collaborate with EBS to monitor profit margins and identify growth opportunities.
- Compliance and Adherence:
- Adhere to EBS’s operational guidelines, maintaining the brand’s high standards in customer service and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with EBS’s retail policies and procedures, consistently meeting operational requirements.
- Community Engagement and Networking:
- Engage with local community members and potential customers, building a loyal customer base.
- Proven Business Model: Low-risk, well-established store concept designed for success.
- Product Diversity: Diverse EBS and telecom products tailored for varied customer needs.
- E-commerce Platform: Use a user-friendly mobile app to streamline retail transactions.
- Marketing Guidance: Receive expert support to drive customer growth and profitability.
- Ongoing Assistance: Access dedicated EBS support for continuous improvement.
- Competitive Margins: Earn substantial profit margins with opportunities for scalable growth.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Financial Capacity: Ability to invest in and manage store startup and operational cost.
- Location Requirement: Willing to manage and work from the company-designated locations (AGEGE, MARINA AND IKEJA)
- Business Requirements: Capable of achieving 4-6 inventory turnovers per month.
- Agreement to operate within EBS’s operational guidelines and brand standards.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong self-management and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to undergo training in retail strategies and EBS brand requirements.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
