JOB SUMMARY:
Colonees Inc. is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to shape the visual identity and brand presence of the company. This role is crucial for designing and developing visually appealing assets across multiple platforms that align with our brand values and messaging. The Creative Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and compelling visuals that support the company’s objectives in brand growth, user engagement, and product awareness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Development & Visual Identity

• Conceptualize and implement a cohesive visual brand identity across all company materials.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and design across all assets.
• Innovate design concepts that reflect Colonees' mission, target audience, and market position.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and multimedia content for web, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging designs for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience engagement.
• Produce interactive, user-centric assets for the company’s digital platforms, product pages, and customer interfaces.

Product & Marketing Collateral

• Design and update product visuals, promotional materials, and brand assets to support new product launches and business growth initiatives.
• Create visual assets for product presentations, social media, advertising, and other channels, ensuring consistency in design and messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop design solutions that enhance user experience and product appeal.

UI/UX Design Support

• Collaborate with the product design team to develop and refine user interface elements, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual language.
• Provide input on visual consistency, usability, and aesthetics within product interfaces, contributing to a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on best practices in UI/UX to apply user-friendly, intuitive design concepts across product touchpoints.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to shape creative directions and design strategies.
• Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and trends to continuously elevate the brand's visual presence.
• Research and integrate design trends and insights to keep Colonees visually compelling and ahead in a competitive market.

Quality Control & Review

• Ensure all design outputs meet high standards in aesthetics, branding, and functionality.
• Review and refine design assets based on feedback from cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and effective revisions.
• Maintain a digital archive of design assets for efficient access and reuse.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within tech or digital environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with an eye for detail.
• Experience in multimedia content creation, including video editing and animation, is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, high-quality design, and experience in digital and print media.
