Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand, Communications and Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing, branding, and communication strategies. This individual will also play a pivotal role in business development, identifying new opportunities, and fostering partnerships to drive growth. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to enhance our brand presence and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and mission.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing and Communications:
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage public relations activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance excellence within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development roles, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry and of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate analytical frameworks, reporting, measure the ROI/effectiveness, communicate performance and key metric scorecards to management.
- Attending and arranging events (and meeting clients).
- Creating valuable content.

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
