Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee creative concepts for digital, print, and integrated campaigns.
- Lead design teams in creating high-quality visuals and experiences that align with brand objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools like Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly, or similar to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure that art direction aligns with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, digital trends, and design innovations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and multimedia campaigns.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Design Expertise: Mastery of graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of PPC, targeting, SEO, and paid social media strategies.
- AI Integration: Proficiency in AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and optimization.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a creative team while meeting tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret campaign data and refine creative strategies.
