Ventia is seeking expressions of interest for a Quality Manager to join our team in the New Zealand Transport Authority contract. This role is perfect for someone with extensive knowledge of quality systems and processes, strong auditing capabilities, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management: Oversee the quality function and ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures.
Auditing and Compliance: Coordinate internal audits, develop corrective action plans, and respond to quality risks and non-conformance.
Risk Management: Promote a culture of identifying, reporting, and managing quality risks within the team.

Position Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in quality management and auditing.
Qualifications: Tertiary or trade engineering qualifications preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, time management, report writing, and risk-analysis skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
License: Valid NZ driver’s license Class 1.
