We are on the lookout for a Radiographic Assistant to assist our team on a casual basis.

Mō te tūranga | About the role

• This role will see you assisting our Medical Imaging Technologists with safe scanning and care for elective patients.
• You will be well organised, have a friendly attitude and be natural and easy communicator,
• Be calm and patient,
• Experience working with people in the health sector and/or experience or knowledge of customer service would be an advantage.
• Full training and support will be provided.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with good life experience who can work independently but to support the wider team. You will have exceptional communication skills, who can form strong working relationships, and be the type of person who is happy to ask for directions.

Utu whānui |Salary range

This role belongs to the APEX Medical Imaging Technologists (MIT) Collective Agreement and falls between step 1 ($69,975p.a) and Step 5 ($84,193 p.a pro rata) of the Clinical Assistants scale.
