Planning & Operations Coordinator
Expression of Interest: Project Coordinator - Transport Infrastructure Team, New Zealand
About the Role:
Ventia is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to join our busy Transport Infrastructure team in New Zealand. This role is pivotal in supporting Project Managers, Team Leads, and Project Team members in delivering major NZ Transport projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project managers with Share Point file setup and management.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the Roads NZ Management team.
- Organize meetings and communications to meet project requirements.
- Attend meetings for Roads NZ and other toolboxes as required.
- Manage event coordination for national programs such as Roadshows.
- Lead Quip Check across Transport NZ.
- Support Managers and GMs with reporting checks (LMS, Leave, etc).
- Comply with Risk Management, Quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment management systems.
- Promote and act within our Safe for Life Philosophy.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Coordination experience within the Construction, Maintenance, or other relevant industry.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Access and Project.
- Good understanding of records and Information Management Systems, ideally Share Point.
- SAP experience/exposure preferred.
- Class 1 NZ Driver's License preferred.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
