• Support the New Zealand region by providing skilled technical and management advice to our Contracts and Bid Management Teams.
• Collaborate to ensure excellence in Asset Management service.
• Assist in the development and delivery of strategic asset management planning services and Asset Management systems and technology.
• Identify new opportunities through client engagement and market Ventia’s Value Proposition to new and existing clients.

• Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong internal and external customer focus.
• Passionate about developing yourself and others around you.

• Proven experience in Asset Management, particularly with Design Policy, Standards and Guidelines, and Annual Plan Funding Processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive change.
• Keen interest in Technology and Asset Management Tools (such as Junoviewer, RAMM, GIS).
• Civil Engineering Qualification or similar.
• Strong Health and Safety mindset.
