The AA Driver Training School (AADT) has been teaching New Zealand driver's for over 50 years. What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
This newly created role will see you supporting the improvement of the AA Driver Training School's resources (learning material, professional development, consistency) in collaboration with the Learning and Development Lead and the AA Driver Training team. You’ll focus on aligning course content and delivery methods with industry best practice to ensure successful learner and client outcomes. The role is key in establishing AA Driver Training as a premium provider of driver training, aiming for industry-leading content. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining educational materials, creating e-learning solutions, ensuring compliance with training standards, and supporting the development of training programs for B2B clients. The role also includes managing content delivery consistency and supporting instructor development.
About You | Mōu
You’ll have previous experience reviewing and improving training, education, and technical content across various mediums with a proven track record of applying knowledge of learning theories to enhance educational materials. You’ll be experienced in course development software and learning management systems with a proficiency for digital design tools and easy adaption to new technologies. You will need to hold a full, clean NZ driver license.
