As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Mobility team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by prospecting new clients and converting sales across the NZAA Mobility product portfolio while leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team. You’ll be identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include market analysis, sales strategy development, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You | Mōu

Proven sales experience, preferably within the auto industry, and exceptional relationship management and communication skills are key to your success in this role. You’ll possess strong business insight and the ability to leverage this to drive results. You’ll be well versed in building cross-functional relationships and influencing decision-making across teams. Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
