We are seeking a new colleague for a Sourcing and Selling Support- role for Rotterdam Trading Office, located in Delft - The Netherlands
Job Description
- Provide first level of support to ITO users
- Collaborate with ITO's System team in project implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Makro Netherlands IT team in resolution of infrastructure issues.
- Maintain, and potentially develop, Excel and other Office programs (Visual Basic for Applications programming)
- Provide business with technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision
Qualifications
Are you or do you have:
- Technically skilled in Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Drive, Teams, Sharepoint) administration
- Technical knowledge in mobile phones management (i OS and Android)
- Resolution skills
- Professionalism and attention to service
- Excellent communication skills
- English language skills
- Knowledge in Active Directory
- Knowledge in Confluence/JIRA
- General knowledge in networking
- Knowledge in security information
- Knowledge in Windows Server administration
