As a plant manager your mission is to coordinate the overall operations of the plant to ensure timely production and transport preparation of the gas products to clients (external and internal), to deliver its in compliance with safety, reliability and quality standards while achieving budget targets and deadlines.

The plant manager is responsible for the safe Filling-Handling operations, stock, transport operations and maintenance of the plant and ensures other legal responsibilities (working relations and process improvement) for AL people external to his/her operational activity but located in the plant area. The plant manager must also ensure a continuous improvement mindset across the site. He/she promotes good internal and external relations and has a customer-centric mindset. He/She is also responsible to ensure that projects take place in time and on the agreed budget.

Location: Eindhoven

Our plant in Eindhoven is the main production location for our industrial gas business in the Netherlands and radioactive mixtures. Next to ISO9001/14001, it is ISO22000 certified.
