Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for agile teams, promoting self-organization and accountability.
- Remove obstacles and blockers that could hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.
- Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and sprint deliverables to stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within the team to encourage continuous learning and improvement.
- Support the development team in maintaining a sustainable pace and high-quality output.
- Promote agile best practices and work closely with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent practices across teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus.
