CONTEXT :
The position is based in the Netherlands, within our Benelux Perfume & Beauty team.
In this role, you will evolve within a dynamic and growing area, comprising more than 140 point of Sales. You will have daily interactions with the France Benelux teams: Benelux Sales representatives, Sales Administration, Marketing, Training, Finance & Operations, …

1. GENERAL MISSION
Reporting to the Benelux Business Unit Manager - Perfume & Beauty, your role as Commercial Sales representative Netherlands will be to participate in the qualitative and quantitative development of the brand, independently, with a selection of shops throughout Flanders & the Netherlands.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In detail this means;
  • Sharing the values and passion for the House, train the shop’s staff each visit and animation, advising, informing, and demonstrating products to consumers.
  • Participate to the training and bring her/his help to our trainer where needed.
  • Being aware of market trends and tracking competitors with direct anticipation and pro-actively share the feedback with the HQ.
  • Participating actively in the growth of the brand within the sales points of the selective distributed cosmetics in the selected doors in the Dutch speaking part of the Benelux (sell out).
  • Promoting the development of the brand, selling the brand to affiliates of distribution channels and its clients while optimizing the brand’s presence.
  • Strong in sell out and able to motivate and stimulate sales team’s (chains) lifting the brand to a higher level.
  • Working on an optimal situation in the shops.
  • Merchandising (self-adjusted optimization during every visit).
  • Compliance and implementation of the assortment (stock and out of stock check and report).
  • Optimizing the resources provided by marketing and compliance of the range of trade policy.
  • Creating your own in-store promotions over 90 days a year including Saturdays.
  • Build a relation with the field area manager & shop manager of each chain.
PROFILE & KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Driven: You always want to achieve the best result, for customers and our House.
  • Available full-time and in possession of a driving licence B.
  • A professional that is reliable, good at planning and organising.
  • A strong interlocutor: You easily switch between different levels and personalities.
  • Flexible: You can fulfil multiple roles simultaneously and cope with varying workloads.
  • Passionate about sales and having experience in a similar (field) function (sell out experience is obliged).
  • Proactive, dynamic, assertive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Not afraid of working independently while having a commercial character and a team spirit mentality.
  • Comfortable with the usage of Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point) .
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written & spoken), French is a plus.
  • Free to travel with hotel night at 50% of your time.

Your success in this position will be obtained through your attitude and by communicating the brand identity of the House and you give a service to your relationships which are of high quality.
