We are looking for a skilled Out Systems Application Manager to lead and improve our suite of Out Systems applications. This role combines technical expertise and business insight to optimize application performance, ensure high user satisfaction, and drive ongoing improvements in application efficiency and functionality. As an Out Systems expert, you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and supporting the success of our Out Systems platform.

Your role:

As the Out Systems Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Out Systems applications, ensuring they run smoothly and align with business goals. You will act as the main point of contact for user support, providing training and documentation to help users effectively engage with the applications. Additionally, you will monitor performance using AWS tools, manage updates and patches, and troubleshoot any issues, particularly those involving SQL databases. Your focus will be on ensuring the stability and efficiency of the applications while continuously improving their performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Application Management: Oversee the daily operations of Out Systems applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• User Support and Training: Act as the primary contact for end-user support. Provide training and documentation to help users effectively interact with the applications
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize AWS monitoring tools to track application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  
• Maintenance and Updates: Coordinate with IT and development teams to schedule updates, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with the functionality of the applications, often requiring an understanding of SQL databases.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in application management, preferably with Out Systems platforms hosted on AWS.
• Proficiency in developing, managing and configuring applications on the Out Systems platform.
• Experience with AWS, including monitoring and management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL is highly desirable; experience in managing SQL databases is a plus.
