As Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our suite of business-critical applications that support our legal professionals in delivering excellent service to our clients. You will:
- Lead the lifecycle management of our legal and administrative applications
- Spearhead implementation projects for new legal tech solutions
- Provide technical leadership and support to our professionals
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal performance of our systems
- Drive innovation through process automation and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
You are a tech-savvy professional who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen. You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Azure technologies
- Strong background in managing and deploying applications, with a focus on legal tech solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure the firm's data and applications are secure.
- Ability to approach issues methodically and analytically to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Experience in leading projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Excellent Dutch and English verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the firm's operations.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with IT teams, legal professionals, and other departments.
