ROLE SUMMARY & JOB PURPOSE

• Provides management-level leadership and guidance to the Head of in addition to performing all of the day-to-day HR functions.
• Responsible for partnering with the Head of Schools to ensure optimal functioning from the staff at the school.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages and handles the hiring process
• Onboarding & Offboarding process
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Maintain HR systems and processes.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices
• Ensuring policy awareness and that the staff adhere to the HR policies.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures. Responds to employee relations issues.

• A minimum of 10 years relevant HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills in computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work duties.
