PROMAN Morocco is recruiting for one of its clients a Production Manager at Beni Mellal
International experience is mandatory (studies, degree, or work).
As Production Manager you contribute to the continuous growth of the company and remain the leading position in the industry by:
1. Managing relationship with owner and management factory.
2. Being steadfast in championing and protecting the interests of the client.
3. Maximizing Raw Material yields by ensuring the right cutting specifications and selection styles are applied.
4. Having a strong focus on quality and compliance (check that factory is following the agreed processes and procedures).
5. Support the partner in achieving the quantity and quality goals set by the client
6. Having daily contact with HQ in the Netherlands.
7. By managing a small team of 2-3 dedicated colleagues.

We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Minimum Bachelor level of work and thought.
- Experience in a Production or Operations role are essential (Meat or Food preferred).
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in a food or food related business.
- Command of English and Moroccan required (Dutch/French optional).
- A good understanding of the supply chain and import & export requirements.
- A hands-on mentality.
