We are looking for a Senior Digital Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our clients’ digital presence, develop impactful campaigns, and lead a team of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to meet clients’ business goals.
• Identify target audiences and craft platform-specific approaches for maximum engagement and growth.

2. Content & Campaign Management:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and paid ads, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
• Plan, execute, and manage creative social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

3. Performance Analysis:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other performance platforms to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of community managers, content creators, and designers.
• Work closely with the content creation team and other departments to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

5. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding digital and social media strategies.
• Present detailed reports, campaign ideas, and results to clients, demonstrating value and expertise.

6. Trend Spotting & Innovation:

• Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Introduce innovative ideas and strategies to keep clients competitive and relevant in the digital space.

7. Paid Media Management:

• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Monitor ad spend, targeting, and performance to ensure optimal results.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in digital and social media management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website traffic metrics is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Languages:
• Proficiency in French and English is required; Arabic is a plus.
