Responsibilities:
Experience:
- Able to effectively control Food and beverage Costs.
- Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency.
- Prepare variance analysis reports for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties and management
- Update and maintain receipts in the systems (FMC).
- Check and verify voids, discounts, complimentary sales, settlements done,lost postings
- Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
- Responsible for linking the articles and Recipes in Material Control.
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all outlets.
- Spot-check on the receiving department
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without approval from the respective department head.
- Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
- Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.
- Responsible for maintaining the Menu Pricing, Consumption, and POS systems.
- Roll out clear cost- saving programs with timelines and assessment goal.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience with Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and cost and inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
- Degree in Finance or relevant field strongly preferred
- Must have previous experience in F&B / Restaurant background
- 2-3 Experience required in the same field
- Local hire in Kuwait & must have transferable residency
Experience:
- Cost Controll: 6 years (Required)
- Food Beverage: 3 years (Required)
- Driving License (Preferred)
