Job Responsibilities
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth processing and compliance with warranty claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Warranty Claims Management:
  • Accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims to manufacturers or third-party providers.
  • Ensuring claims comply with warranty policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Records:
  • Maintaining detailed and organised records of warranty claims and associated documentation.
  • Ensuring all repairs and services meet warranty requirements.
  • Communication:
  • Liaising between customers, service advisors, Technicians and manufacturers regarding warranty coverage and decisions.
  • Providing timely updates and resolutions for any warranty-related queries.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline warranty processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Staying updated on manufacturer warranty policies and updates to maintain compliance.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Supporting service advisors and technicians with warranty claim guidance and procedures.
  • Contributing to team goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warranty administration role (automotive experience preferred).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and a meticulous approach to handling documentation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive warranty policies, service processes, and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • IT Proficiency: Comfortable using warranty software, databases, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle disputes and resolve warranty claims efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €27,779.00-€30,000.00 per year
