Contract Details:
Specific Purpose Contract, 37 hours on average per week.
The hours are worked on a four-week rolling roster providing 24-hour cover to the service and are required to work ‘sleep-overs’ in accordance with the roster.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
Clients
Support clients from all backgrounds and experiences, in a calm, trauma informed, harm-reduction approach to implement client support plans that maximise their health, self-care, education, community engagement, home management skills, and their overall well-being with the goal of independent living.
Service Delivery
Ability to lead a shift effectively, systematically log and record all interventions with and behalf of clients on relevant systems, work in an organised and efficient manner with clear communication within the team to deliver high-quality professional service.
Compliance
Stay compliant with all organisation policies, stay up to date on mandatory training, participate in routine maintenance, inspections and cleaning in line with health and safety standards.
General
Willingness to adapt as needed to support client and service needs.

Person specification:
§ Qualification - Degree in social care or similar, commit to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
§ Experience - 2-year relevant experience in a similar role in a care setting.
§ Driving – Valid and full clean driver’s licence.
§ Distinct Advantage - Knowledge/Experience of homeless sector, Trauma Informed Approach.
