Main Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Act as a support to scheduling to Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments and follow-ups.
  • Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide Holiday cover for scheduling department
  • Assist sales team
  • Identify opportunities to upsell in any way possible
  • Manage one off sales such (Kitchen components)
  • Communicate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented in the CRM system.
  • Act as a support to scheduling to Plan upcoming kitchen installs by liaising with Production, logistics and installation team.
  • Work positively with all departments, customers and other partners ensuring your approach always represents the company brand.
  • Highlight reoccurring issues to management.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
