- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Act as a support to scheduling to Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments and follow-ups.
- Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide Holiday cover for scheduling department
- Assist sales team
- Identify opportunities to upsell in any way possible
- Manage one off sales such (Kitchen components)
- Communicate with internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented in the CRM system.
- Act as a support to scheduling to Plan upcoming kitchen installs by liaising with Production, logistics and installation team.
- Work positively with all departments, customers and other partners ensuring your approach always represents the company brand.
- Highlight reoccurring issues to management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High level of patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
