Digital Development Executive

Role Overview:
As a Digital Development Executive, you will lead efforts to enhance the online experience for Capella’s customers and drive inbound digital business development. This position focuses on optimizing the company’s digital presence, creating inbound leads for partnerships and direct clients, and collaborating closely with our CTO and Customer Support Manager. This role is perfect for a proactive and data-driven individual, ideally with a background in business, marketing or computer science and fluency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Online Experience: Continuously improve Capella’s online experience to attract and retain clients.
- Drive Inbound Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate inbound leads, focusing on both partnerships and direct clients.
- Trend Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor online usage trends to identify risks and opportunities, enabling optimization and contract growth.
- Performance Reporting: Analyse and report on key metrics related to online performance and business development initiatives.
- Strategic Planning & Project Management: Own and manage a 12- and 24-month strategic plan aimed at enhancing digital presence and driving business development. This includes setting clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Digital Strategy Execution: Drive and execute the company’s digital business development strategy, aligning digital initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with the CTO and Customer Support Manager to understand and optimize the digital user experience.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through enhanced digital tools and platforms.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure Capella’s digital strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Inbound Lead Generation: Develop tactics to increase website traffic and inbound leads, ensuring potential partners and clients have an excellent user experience.
- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the company's digital platforms and business development, using the data to guide continuous improvements.
- Learning & Development: Take advantage of mentorship and training opportunities, including weekly meetings with the COO and quarterly performance reviews, to further develop your skills.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in digital development, with knowledge of website optimization, business development, and inbound lead generation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with digital tools, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to optimize digital experiences.
- Proactive and highly motivated with a passion for digital transformation and customer experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a desire to grow and develop within the role.
