The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to work on a broad range of interesting projects, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including organizational change, business transformation and project management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between business and third-party providers on delivering IT initiatives
• Work closely with all stakeholders within the business on key projects
• Work with process owners, developers and PM’s on ERP projects to optimize our current systems
• Provide insight into the prioritization of project workloads
• Manage system data for daily operations and reporting using Power BI
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Change Management; drive business process change to improve System utilization and ownership

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential

• 3rd Level Qualification in Accounting or Business and/or ICT
• 3 years + Management Accounting experience
• ERP Systems Administration/Implementation experience (SAP Business One is current system)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable

• Power BI, SQL queries or similar reporting tools
• Previous Business Analysis experience on software development or data analytical projects
• Change Management; drive business process change for finance users to improve System utilisation and self-service approach
• Strong Project Management skills.
