Business and Sales Support Executive

Frylite Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business & Sales Support Executive to join the Team.

Hours of Work:
40 Hours Per Week Monday-Friday.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • To research and identify new leads in targeted areas and develop the customer base for fresh oil sales and used cooking oil and fat collections
  • To develop sales opportunities through inbound follow up and outbound calling and building relationships with customers to ensure Frylite Solutions are their preferred supplier of choice
  • Be constantly aware of competitors’ activity and be proactive to ensure maximum sales opportunities
  • Ensure current customers are satisfied with product and level of service and to escalate any complaints to your manager
  • Promote the Frylite Solutions’ brand and services when dealing with new customers and current customers
  • Ensure sales documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining and improving database of prospective customers and working to a structured journey plan based on priorities
  • To liaise and work closely with all other functions across the business i.e. credit control, field sales, key accounts, distribution
  • To comply with company training requirements
  • To carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria
  • Previous internal sales/customer service experience
  • Target Driven
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and will thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Excellent organisational Skills
  • Microsoft skills especially Excel
Desirable Criteria
  • A minimum of one years’ experience within a Sales or Business Development role within the food sector that included the following:
- Delivering growth in a competitive environment
- Direct selling to the customer
-Targeting and delivering new business including cold calling
-Supporting and retaining existing customers
- Possess a strong knowledge of the fast food, takeaway, and restaurant business within the targeted area
  • Sales/Marketing or food related qualifications from a Professional Body would be advantageous.
