Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily for the Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Possessing the ability to achieve revenue targets and excellent score reviews on every platform we use.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Regularly review product quality and suggest ways to improve it.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experiences for the similar position.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience:
- Restaurant Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
