Project Title: 1. Science text comprehension: Investigating the role of text structure strategy,
motivation, and metacognitive calibration
2. AI-enabled Generative Tools and Course Assessment: Current Status, Good Practices and
Future Directions

[Appointment Period: 12 months]

The appointee will assist in research projects by conducting literature rev iews, analyzing data,
preparing reports, developing research materials, coordinating and managing administrative tasks,
and handling other assigned duties.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Psychology or related
discip lines. Research experience in educational technology, robotics projects and applied research are
advantageous. Candidates with an interest in entrepreneurship a nd pursuing a Ph D are preferred.
Prospective applicants should exhibit proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
They should be capable of work ing independently and under pressure while possessing strong
interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end
