• In depth research, review and coordinate external/internal resources to perform due diligence on the Tokens (both security and non-security) for potential listing.

• Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting of tokens made available on Hash Key platform.

• Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the latest blockchain industry development and regulatory requirements for virtual asset trading platforms globally and especially in Hong Kong.

• Preparing updates and supporting information for communication with regulators.

• Coordination and communication with projects and other service providers to achieve the task of token review in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Record keeping (including meeting minutes preparation) and documentation as part of the diligence process and regular internal audit.
