Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

- Perform a full spectrum of receptionist duties, e.g. handling telephone enquiries and greeting visitors
- Manage and purchase office supplies, e.g. stationery and office equipment
- Produce workers on-board documents, e.g. handle site entry permit applications
- Support the Human Resources and administrative tasks, e.g. manage employees' leaves records, attendance records, reimbursement applications and other related documents
- Provide general administration support and assist in organizing company activities
- Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- At least 1 year of receptionist or administrative or customer service experience
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Native proficiency in Cantonese and a good command of spoken Mandarin and English
- Excellent and professional telephone manner
- Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
