Part-Time Receptionist ( 2.5-3 days per week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties include handling incoming phone calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document filing, photocopying, office supplies replenishment and equipment maintenance
- Handle daily couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
- Manage pantry and inventory of food, water etc.
- Monitor conference room booking status and schedule
- Maintain neat and cleanness of the office entrance area and meeting rooms
- Outdoor tasks e.g. depositing bank cheques, post office mailing etc.
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A self starter who is always cheerful and always willing to help
- Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in PC skills (MS Office) including excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Work hours : 9am - 6pm
Work Location : Kwun tong
Salary : $75- $80 /hour
