We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Development Manager.
Principal Responsibilities

• Focal to drive the ongoing development of insurance education platform which includes content creation, digital customer engagement and lead generation
• Focal to drive thought leadership to bring topical awareness to general publics with objective to pave wave for impactful product and propositions launch
• Drive 3rd party affinity to create strong reliance and sound bite on new insurance proposition
• Support regular policyholder communication for insurance products requiring strong in-force propositional support
• Provide seasonal support to communication design team during high season of product material creation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business related subject
• 5 years of experience in the field of product development, proposition development or marketing in financial service industry. Insurance related experience is considered a big bonus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skill
• Able to resolve problem solely when handling conflicting demand from different stakeholders
• Able to work under pressure and handling multiple task with stretched timeline
• Creative and close to latest market trend and development on Hong Kong and Macau insurance market
• Detail minded and good in use of words, especially in marketing and customer benefits articulation
