Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR compensation & benefits functions including recruitment, on/off-boarding, MPF processing, attendance & leave management, medical benefits, staff welfare etc.
• Prepare and update various HR related reports
• Work closely with department heads to provide professional advice on HR related matters
• Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, providing administrative and financial assistance.
• Assist in annual projects, employee relations activities
• Support general IT admin duties
• Responsible for general system maintenance
• Immediate availability is preferred

Requirements:

• Diploma in a specialized function
• A minimum of 1-year solid experience in sizable organization
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
• Proficient in MS Office, Strong analytical mind, problem solving skills and sense of responsibility.
• Strong common sense, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
