The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: EO (EAF) 2024-11-29)
- provide support for programme administration and secretarial support for the Department;
- assist in the planning and execution of programme-related activities, including admission exercises, promotional events, assessment, quality assurance, and student activities;
- facilitate the implementation of Department-related activities, including seminars/workshops, conferences and website management; and
- handle enquiries and liaise with various stakeholders.
Applicants Should
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- have good computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- be a fast learner, a good team player and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
