The University now invites application for the following position:

Responsibilities
- provide comprehensive administrative support to the VPLSE in the planning, development, and implementation of policies and strategic initiatives for student development and learning experiences, including but not limited to experiential programmes, student performance initiatives, international conferences, interflow programmes, and educational projects;
- serve as Secretary to various committees, working groups and task forces, including preparing proposals, policies, papers, and reports, etc;
- coordinate, communicate, and liaise with global strategic partners for VPLSEO;
- coordinate and provide executive support for functions, activities, and events organized by VPLSEO or units under the supervision of VPLSE;
- work closely with internal and external parties to support the administration of the VPLSEO and enhance collaboration on various initiatives; and
- provide administrative and clerical support to the VPLSE and keep VPLSE informed about pending issues and activities in the pipeline of VPLSE’s purview.
Applicants Should
- possess a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in tertiary education sector;
- have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- demonstrate strong coordination, interpersonal and communication skills;
- have excellent planning, report writing, time management and organisational skills; and
- possess strong analytical skills, ability to work under minimum supervision with attention to details;
Applicants with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
