Customer Service Officer (work in a label factory at Kwai Chung)
Responsibilities :
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up orders and coordinate with production to meet the delivery schedule
- Maintain good relationships with current customers assigned
- Work closely with internal parties to reach targets
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years proven sales/ customer service experience
- Energetic, customer-oriented, result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive with creative mind, strong communication skills
- Hardworking and enjoy challenge work
- Good spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and data analysis
- Outdoor works are required
08:00 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
10 Days Annual Leave
