Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding rental properties through various e.g.: phone, email, or in-person.
- Handle tenant rental queries, including rental payments, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from tenants, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory completion of repairs.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records of tenant interactions.
- Enter and update tenant data in the company's database or system.
- Calculate utility bills for tenants based on consumption and ensure accurate billing and timely collection.
- Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, property management) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to tenants and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel & Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and multitasking skills to manage multiple tenant requests and administrative tasks.
- Immediate available is highly preferred
薪酬： $16,000.00至$20,000.00（每月）
