ARBOR Pastry Commis (Michelin Star Restaurant) I (5-Day Work) (R1129-PC-A)

The incumbent will assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing day-to-day food production and operations of a specified kitchen section. He /she will also have to monitor the standard of food quality and quantity as well as overseeing the hygiene and security standards.
Requirements:

Certificate of vocational training schools or equivalent
1-year pastry experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
Fresh graduates with vocational training in related disciplines will also be considered
Independent, eager to learn, good team player with strong communication skills
Good spoken English and Cantonese
