Responsible for all production functions and processes for Western cuisine

Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation

Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces

保持廚房整潔,確保運作順暢及有效率

This refers somebody as our Commis 1 at Airlines Lounges with at least these five sets of characteristics: 這指的是我們航空公司貴賓室的 初級西廚 ,至少要具備這五項特徵:

0.5 to 2 years’ relevant experience in which exposure in Hotels / Restaurants is preferable

Good knowledge of Western cuisine

Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred

Immediate availability is preferred

0.5至2年西餐烹飪經驗,曾任職酒店或高級餐廳優先

熟悉西式烹飪

勤奮,守時,有禮及有責任感,有良好溝通技巧及人際關係

良好粵語及一般英語

可即時上班優先
