ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a leading FMCG multinational company, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Warehouse Supervisor , based in Athens, Aspropyrgos.

Warehouse Supervisor (5770/WS/ESS/GR)

Profile:
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including the loading of finished goods, stock counts, and ensuring adherence to warehouse standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
Managing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.

Organizing and planning inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including order preparation, checking, loading/unloading, storing finished products and returns, stock inventory counts, and tracking/posting LOT numbers.

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) standards, quality, and environmental requirements.

Securing adequate warehouse space and resources to maintain operational efficiency.

Coaching and developing team members as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements:
A University Degree in Logistics or Engineering (an MSc will be considered an asset).

2-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisor/team leader role.

Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

A structured personality with quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities.
