Are you passionate about customer acquisition and performance marketing? Do you have the expertise to develop data-driven marketing strategies? If so, we at FM Games are looking for you.

As our User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize mobile customer acquisition campaigns, working closely with our portfolio of engaging card and board games and reaching out to hundreds of thousands of players worldwide.

Your Role:
Develop, manage, and scale customer acquisition campaigns across various mobile channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Unity, App Lovin, and others.

Oversee the creative ad process - from concept development to testing.

Build data-driven acquisition strategies to attract the right players for our games.

Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure campaign strategies align with our business goals.

Assist with and participate in App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for assigned titles.

Use your analytical skills to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Discover and apply new targeting methods and tools to efficiently acquire users.

What We’re Looking for:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a user acquisition or performance marketing role.

Bonus points for experience in mobile marketing.

Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (like Facebook, Google Ads) with substantial budgets.

Excellent Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.

Experience managing sizable budgets for product launches and ongoing operations.

Outstanding communication skills and a growth mindset.

Bonus: Experience with Appsflyer or Tableau.

Location:
This position is based in our modern office in the southern sector of Athens, Greece, located right next to a Metro station. With our hybrid work model, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, while also visiting the office twice a week for team collaboration and strategy sessions.
