About your future role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- Execution of the Nexi Greece talent acquisition strategy across all levels (graduates/ experienced/ senior hires) with main focus in Technology positions
- Work closely with all stakeholders (Group TA, Business functional leaders, HRBPs, hiring managers etc.) to understand and respond with speed and quality to emerging business needs
- Design sourcing, attraction and onboarding strategies to recruit and onboard top talent in the highly competitive digital payments market
- Sourcing, Screening and Interview candidates combining various methods such as technical assessments, structured and behavioral - if applicable
- Deploy and maintain talent acquisitions status, reports and metrics
- Offer guidance and consultation to hiring managers and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and manage 3rd parties service providers
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- At least 3 years of prior working experience in Talent Acquisition, in a consulting or in a similar fast-paced and challenging in-house technology & business environment
- Experience in IT talent acquisition is highly desired
- BSc in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or related disciplines
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and handling 3rd parties recruiting services
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good use of MS Office
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- Strong goal-orientation, organizational and follow-up skills being able to work under medium supervision upon assigned tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with all hierarchy levels across the organization.
- Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects, adhere to tight timelines and deadlines and demonstrate ownership Work with a problem-solving approach and out of the box thinking
