We are currently seeking a highly motivated & experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in electromechanical systems to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to manage the more technical aspects of our projects, focusing on IT systems and data center-specific technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Provide technical direction and solutions for electromechanical challenges, troubleshooting, and optimization during project phases.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and field teams to coordinate project requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Manage resources effectively, including budgeting, materials, and manpower, to ensure project goals are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, track project metrics, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on electromechanical projects.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, design, and operation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [relevant languages].
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
