We are currently seeking a highly motivated Presales and Bid Engineer to support our business growth by developing competitive and compliant proposals. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements, project scope, and costs to produce winning bids and proposals.

- Review EU and Greece call requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Analyze tendering documentation to comprehend project requirements and constraints.
- Bid analysis according to RFI, RFQ, RFPs or Tenders’ technical and financial requirements.
- Write specific sections of proposals that meet EU call standards and requirements.
- Develop compelling pre-sales materials such as CVs, presentations, and introductory documents to highlight organizational expertise, capabilities, and references.
- Actively engage in internal and external brainstorming sessions to foster innovative proposal ideas.
- Attend coordination meetings with partner companies to facilitate successful collaboration on joint bids and proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a presales engineering role.
- Proven experience in technical writing.
- Advanced understanding of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and issues, meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and proactively address challenges.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for solution design and proposal development.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional EU languages is a plus.
