We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage contracts with general contractors and subcontractors, as well as to lead procurement efforts for key equipment critical to project success. The primary responsibility will be to manage contract negotiations and administration with general contractors and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in procurement strategies, contract management, and supplier negotiations, particularly in technology and construction.

- Establish, negotiate, and manage contracts with the general contractor and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the procurement process for critical equipment not provided by the contractor, including servers, network devices, and cooling systems, to support project infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring best pricing, terms, and quality of products.
- Evaluate costs, track budget utilization, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements; assess and mitigate any risks related to procurement or contracts.
- Coordinate with project and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, track contract statuses, and provide regular updates to management on procurement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years in procurement or contract management, preferably with experience in infrastructure or technology-related projects.
- Familiarity with technology equipment such as servers, network devices, and cooling systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated, communicative, and collaborative.
