Who we are:
3BRO Ltd is an independent trading firm, which specializes in the acquisition and sale of electrical, industrial and mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality performance, certifications, and compliance with industry standards.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Manage all product-related documentation, including technical datasheets, certifications, test results, and supplier performance records.

Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for both internal teams and external audits.

Prepare documentation packages for customers as needed, ensuring transparency in product compliance and quality assurance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product quality inquiries, certifications, and compliance issues.

Work with the sales and procurement teams to communicate quality expectations and ensure customer requirements are met.

Provide product-specific compliance information to customers and handle any quality-related complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control, supplier quality management, or product compliance.

Advanced computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Fluency in English (both verbal and written).

Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Proactive approach to improving supplier performance and quality assurance processes.
