What you will enjoy doing
What makes you great
- In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement activities, based on the Company’s procurement and business strategy, leading the local team and ensuring adherence to Linde's Code of Ethics
- Moreover, you will manage and overview the Source2Deliver processes (Strategic & Operational Procurement, Suppliers Relationship Management, Reporting, Contracts Management etc.), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, market, and business rules, as well as Linde Policies & Procedures
- Also, you will be driving strategic procurement, digitalization and efficiency projects, while you will be searching for cost optimization opportunities at all times
- Furthermore, you will be monitoring the CAPEX, making sure that the Company is making the most efficient use of the budgeted amounts
- Lastly, you will manage and coordinate internal and external acquisition processes, adhering to the legal requirements and to the Linde Code of Business Integrity, and ensuring the approval process is according to Limit of Authority (Lo A)
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration. Master' degree will be considered an asset
- Moreover, you have acquired 8-10 years of working experience in Procurement dpt., at least 3 of which in a managerial position
- Also, you are a proficient user of SAP and MS Office suite
- In addition, you possess a very good knowledge of English language
- Furthermore, you have a very good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
- Lastly, you have strong achievement drive and commercial mindset, adhering to the highest ethical standards
