Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tasks related to user inquiries, account management, and content moderation.
- Handle escalated issues and provide effective solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal user experience and smooth operations.
- Track and analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Document and report on operational processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of platform updates and changes to effectively communicate with users.
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in the tech or social media sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management is a plus.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and tools related to customer support.
