Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and promote relevant cloud storage services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of additional services to encourage upselling and enhance customer retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to provide insights on service improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve service offerings and customer experiences.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both spoken and written) is essential, with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in a sales, upselling, or retention role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information related to cloud storage services.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece.
